What If I Am Moving? What If My Address Is Wrong? Will I Still Receive My Gifts?

We’re unable to pause or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience!

If you’re moving, please update your address as soon as possible via your GiftHaven Delivery Details page. Most gifts arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on the merchant’s shipping method.

All gifts are ordered through an automated system, and once an item has been purchased, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for gifts shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

If you need assistance, go to your Orders panel, select Help, choose Other, and submit a support ticket. Our team will do their best to help, but please note that if the item has already been purchased, the address cannot be updated.

It is very important to keep your address up to date at all times.


Toggle Your Wishlist Off to Prevent New Orders

You can “pause” your wishlist at any time through your account settings without losing any items.


Refunds & Re-Orders

We generally cannot refund or re-order gifts that were shipped to an incorrectly entered address. All orders are shipped to the address on file at the time the fan places the order.
