What Does My Gift Status Mean? (What Does It Mean if My Gift Is "Queued/Ordered/Shipped/Credited"?)

Your gift’s status shows you where it is in the ordering process.

When a fan purchases a gift for you, it will first be marked as “Queued” on your dashboard.

  • Queued means we have received the order and payment confirmation. Once confirmed, the order is sent to our automated system to be fulfilled.

Once a gift has been purchased by the automated system, it will be marked as “Ordered”.

  • Depending on the merchant and tracking updates, the status may later change to “Shipped”. If it remains in “Ordered,” it does not mean the item hasn’t shipped—sometimes the merchant does not provide tracking updates.

If your gift stays in “Queued” or “Ordered” for more than 7 days, please submit a support ticket from your dashboard.

Other Statuses

  • Issue – There was a problem with the order that requires your input, such as missing size, color, or an incorrect price. [Learn more about resolving issues here.]

  • Failed – Something went wrong with the order. You’ll have the option to refund your fan or credit your GiftHaven balance.

  • Credited – The value of the gift has been directly credited to your GiftHaven balance (applies to Payout items).

  • Refunded – The item has been refunded to your fan or your GiftHaven balance.

  • Returned – The merchant confirmed the item was returned. You now have the option to refund your fan or credit your GiftHaven balance.

  • Hold / Disputed – The payment was flagged by our payment processor. This status may take time to resolve while the processor investigates for potential fraud. You should receive an email if this applies.

  • Complete – You have marked the gift as received from your Orders page.

  • Delivered – For orders with automatic tracking, this status is updated automatically when the tracking shows the item was delivered.
