The GiftHaven Balance is a virtual balance you hold with GiftHaven. You can use it to purchase items from your own wishlist or other people's wishlists.
What Increases and Decreases Your GiftHaven Balance?
⬇️ Using Your GiftHaven Balance
Your balance decreases when you use it to purchase gifts.
Make sure you are logged into your GiftHaven account, then visit a wishlist (yours or someone else’s) and use your balance to gift items.
⬆️ Fan Purchases a Direct Credit (Payout) Item
When a fan gifts you a Direct Credit item, its value (including shipping and taxes) is added to your GiftHaven Balance.
You can withdraw this to your bank account or use it for future purchases.
⬆️ Refunding an Item in "Issue" Status
If an item is in “issue” status, you can refund it to your GiftHaven Balance.
Go to your orders dashboard, select “view” on the item, then click “resolve issue”.
If available, select “Refund to GiftHaven Balance” to credit the full amount paid by your fan.
⬆️ Refunding a Partner Store Item
In rare cases, Partner Stores may refund items due to cancellations, returns, or delivery issues.
In these cases, your GiftHaven Balance will be immediately credited with the full refund received from the merchant.
