Some merchants may occasionally cancel orders we place with them.
If the merchant cannot complete the order, we will either:
Put the item into "Issue" status, or
Refund the purchase to your GiftHaven Balance.
Though merchants sometimes do not provide reasons for cancellations, common examples include:
Mismatched addresses: The shipping address (your address) and billing address (our corporate address) do not match, possibly in different countries, causing the order to be flagged.
Inventory issues: The item is actually out of stock or back-ordered.
Verification requests: The merchant requested a verification method we cannot provide (extremely rare).
