Anything you can physically hold is not considered a digital good.
Why Do I Need to Mark Digital Goods Correctly?
Correctly marking items as digital goods is important because:
If items are marked incorrectly, we may still be able to order them, but shipping charges may apply.
Creators are responsible for marking items correctly to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
If a fan has paid shipping for a digital good, please create a support ticket.
Most digital good codes are directly viewable in your dashboard, making fulfillment easier.
