If a product ends up costing more than what the fan paid (for example, if the wrong price was entered when the item was added), you’ll have a few options to resolve the difference:
You can transfer the amount to your GiftHaven balance.
You can refund the fan.
You or the fan can pay the difference so we can place the order.
Step 1
Go to your Orders Dashboard.
Step 2
Select “View” on the item.
(Instead of “Shipped,” the status will show “Issue” until resolved.)
Step 3
Click “Resolve Issue” at the top of the page. You’ll then see all available options.
